House Rules
1.
No Additional Guests
Only the people listed in the contract can stay. If additional guests enter and stay, we can charge extra from the deposit.
2.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed to stay, If you need to stay with a service dog, please let us know in advance.
3.
No Smoking
The entire house, including the bathroom, is designated as a non-smoking area. If smoking occurs indoors, the responsible party must cover the cost of hiring a professional odor removal service, amounting to more than 500,000 KRW.
4.
No Excessive Noise
We strive to create a comfortable and relaxing space for you. Please join us in making efforts to build a safe community in collaboration with our neighbors.
If a neighbor complains about noise problems, the deposit cannot be returned, and it will be evicted immediately.
5.
No Shoes Inside
In the event that the condition of the house floor becomes excessively dirty or unusable, repair costs may be charged.
6.
Do Not Flush Tissues in the Toilet
If the toilet becomes clogged due to your negligence, you may be responsible for covering the cost of a professional visit and resolution.
7.
Home Ventilation is Essential
Please open the windows in rooms, including the bathroom, regularly to ensure proper ventilation. Especially during stays, if mold develops, it may be deducted from the deposit.
8.
No Room For Racism
We take great pride in providing a welcoming living space for a wide variety of nationalities, and cultures who visit Homes in Korea.

Please be cautious about the fire that may occur.
Prohibits to use non-reported and non-authorized heating devices.
Damage caused by fire will be claimed in accordance with national law of South Korea.
숙소 규칙
1.
숙소 예약인원 외 추가 출입 불가
계약된 게스트 이외의 게스트가 숙박 중 발견될 경우, 추가 비용이 청구됩니다.
2.
반려동물 동반 출입 불가
숙박 중 반려동물이 발견 시 즉시 체크아웃 하셔야 하며, 청소비로 500,000원이 청구됩니다.
3.
실내 전체 금연
실내에서 흡연하다 적발 시, 청소비로 500,000원에서 1,000,000원이 청구 되며 즉시 체크아웃을 요청할 수 있습니다.
4.
내부에서 신발 금지
실내에서는 신발 착용이 금지됩니다. 위반 시, 청소비로 200,000원이 청구됩니다.
5.
층간 소음 유의
단독 집 형식이나 주민들과 함께 살고 있는 거주 공간입니다. 모두 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 배려 부탁드립니다.
6.
파티 비허용
추가 비용이 청구되며, 보증금 반환 없이 즉시 체크아웃을 요청받을 수 있습니다.
7.
변기에 티슈 금지
변기가 막히는 원인 중 하나입니다. 막힐 경우, 전문 인력 방문 및 해결을 위한 금액이 청구될 수 있습니다.
8.
주기적인 환기 필요
화장실을 포함한 침실, 주방, 거실 등 집 전체의 주기적인 환기가 필요합니다. 숙박 중 습기로 인한 곰팡이 발생 시 보증금에서 차감될 수 있습니다.

화재 발생에 각별히 주의해 주세요.
신고되지 않고 허가받지 않은 난방 기기의 사용을 금합니다.
화재로 인한 손해는 대한민국의 국내법에 따라 청구될 수 있습니다.
