House Rules
1.
No Additional Guests
Only the people listed in the contract can stay. If additional guests enter and stay, we can charge extra from the deposit.
2.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed to stay, If you need to stay with a service dog, please let us know in advance.
3.
No Smoking
The entire house, including the bathroom, is designated as a non-smoking area. If smoking occurs indoors, the responsible party must cover the cost of hiring a professional odor removal service, amounting to more than 500,000 KRW.
4.
No Excessive Noise
We strive to create a comfortable and relaxing space for you. Please join us in making efforts to build a safe community in collaboration with our neighbors.
If a neighbor complains about noise problems, the deposit cannot be returned, and it will be evicted immediately.
5.
No Shoes Inside
In the event that the condition of the house floor becomes excessively dirty or unusable, repair costs may be charged.
6.
Do Not Flush Tissues in the Toilet
If the toilet becomes clogged due to your negligence, you may be responsible for covering the cost of a professional visit and resolution.
7.
Home Ventilation is Essential
Please open the windows in rooms, including the bathroom, regularly to ensure proper ventilation. Especially during stays, if mold develops, it may be deducted from the deposit.
8.
No Room For Racism
We take great pride in providing a welcoming living space for a wide variety of nationalities, and cultures who visit Homes in Korea.

Please be cautious about the fire that may occur.
Prohibits to use non-reported and non-authorized heating devices.
Damage caused by fire will be claimed in accordance with national law of South Korea.
